Last day for RBB's auction of Sunrise Capital promoter shares; Also know which two auctions are opening today

Today is the last day of Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited's (RBB) auction of its promoter shares of Sunrise Capital.

The auction is of the type all-or-none. This means that bidders will have to apply for the entire 4,28,580 unit shares that are being auctioned. Only promoters and the BFIs are eligible for bidding. The auction was open from Ashwin 06. The minimum bid rate is set at Rs. 205.82.

On the other hand, two auctions will open today.

Neco Insurance Company Limited is auctioning its 10,70,206.84 units promoter shares from today, i.e. 20th Ashwin, and it will conclude on 4th Kartik, 2077. Bids should be submitted by 3 pm on the last day. The minimum bid rate is set at Rs. 395. 

The existing promoters, general public, and institutions are eligible to bid for the auction. 

Similarly, Smart Choice Technologies Limited is also auctioning its 2,98,080 units promoter shares of Nepal Clearing House Limited from today.

The auction will close on 24th Kartik, 2077. Muktinath Capital is appointed as the issue manager for this auction. The existing promoters, BFIs, and institutions with government ownership can bid for the auction.

The minimum bid rate is Rs. 350 and the minimum bid quantity is 50,000 shares. Although the highest-bid procedure holds true, existing promoters will be prioritized. Additionally, bids will be opened on an immediate day following the closing, i.e. on Kartik 25.
