Last Day for locals to apply for IPO of United Idi-Mardi and R.B. Hydropower Limited

United IDI Mardi and RB Hydropower Company Limited closing its 4,20,000 units IPO shares issue to the project affected locals of Kaski District from today, i.e. 6th Kartik, 2077.
The IPO issue for the locals of Machhapuchhre VDC (Ward no. 8 and 9) was open from Ashwin 7. The earlier closing date was Ashwin 21. However, since the issue was undersubscribed, the deadline was extended until today. Locals can apply before the end of banking hours today.
Shortly after this, the company will also issue 630,000 units (15% of the total capital) in an IPO to the general public.
