Lalitpur Finance 19th AGM today; to endorse 1:1 right share

Lalitpur Finance Limited (LFC) is convening its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Baisakh 29, 2073). The AGM is going to be held at Nepal Administrative Training Academy Conference Hall, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur at 09:00 AM. The main agendas of the meetings are:

• To endorse1:1 right share.
• To increase the paid up, issued and authorized  capital and to amend the article of the association
• To authorized BOD to initiate merger/acquisition process with other BFI.

Other agendas of the meeting include financial highlights of 2071/72 and appointment of auditor. The register of their shareholders has been closed from Baisakh 13, 2072 till today, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM.
