Lalitpur Finance 19th AGM on Baisakh 29; to approve 1:1 right share

Lalitpur Finance Limited ( LFC) will be convening its 19th Annual General Meeting on Baisakh 29, 2073. The AGM is going to be held at Nepal Administrative Training Academy Conference Hall, Jawalakhel, Lalitpur at 09:00 AM. The main agendas of the meetings are:

• To endorse1:1 right share.
• To increase the paid up, issued and authorized  capital and to amend the article of the association
• To authorized BOD to initiate merger/acquisition process with other BFI.

Other agendas of the meeting include financial highlights of 2071/72 and appointment of auditor. The register of their shareholders shall be closed from Baisakh 13, 2072 till Baisakh 29, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM).
