‘Lake View Resort and Apartment’ to be constructed in Pokhara; Estimated cost of construction of Rs 8 arba

B and B Pvt. Ltd. has started the construction of ‘Lake View Resort and Apartment’ in Pokhara.

The apartment will be expanded over 36 ropanis situated in the north-western side of Fewa Tal.

The total cost of construction of the apartment is estimated to be Rs 8 arba. CEO of the project Mr Bimal Basel says,” The apartment will be 18 storied with a 3 storied parking. We will be ready for service when the construction of the International Airport completes.”

The apartment will have 2 buildings with 464 apartments in total. The apartment will also have many more facilities like 2 restaurants, 2 swimming pool, Supermarket, Travel facility, Money Changer, Beauty Parlor, Spa, Salon, Health Club etc.
