Kumari Capital convenes its 4th AGM; endorses 5% cash dividend to shareholders

Kumari Capital has convened its 4th AGM on Bhadra 20, 2079 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Bikash Khanal.
The AGM has endorsed the decision to provide a 5% cash dividend worth Rs 2 crore and all the financial reports as well as highlights of the previous FY, as per the media statement.
