Kumari Bank Distributing 12.50% Cash Dividend Directly into Bank Accounts; Urges the Remaining Shareholders to Update Account

Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) had approved 12.50% cash dividend from its 22nd AGM held on Kartik 21, 2079.
The bank has published a notice stating that it has been distributing the dividends to the shareholders' bank account from Kartik 21 itself. The bank, therefore, urges the remaining shareholders to dematerialize their shares and update bank information in the Demat account to receive the dividend.
Kumari Capital Limited is the share registrar of the bank.
