Kumari Bank convenes its 22nd AGM; endorses proposal of 12.50 % cash dividend to shareholders

Kumari Bank convened its 22nd AGM for the FY 2078-79 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Amir Pratap J.B. Rana on Kartik 21, 2079.

Apart from the regular financial reports, The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 12.50 % cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the previous fiscal year.

The bank currently has 199 branches, 195 ATM booths, 34 extension counters under its network.

The bank currently has a paid-up value of Rs 14.71 Arba, raised deposits of Rs 1.73 Kharba, disbursed loans of Rs 1.71 Kharba, Rs 1 Arba plus net profit by the first quarter of the current fiscal year.
