Kuber Merchant 11th AGM on Bhadra 4; to increase capital & election of BOD members

Kuber Merchant Finance Limited (KMBSL) will be convening its 11^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Bhadra 4, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at C.W Restaurant, Kamaladi, Kathmandu at 8:30 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are:

1. To change the name of the company.
2. To increase the capital.
3. To change the structure of Board of Directors (BoD).
4. To amend its Article of Association and Memorandum of Association as per directions received from regulatory authorities
5. To elect 3 BOD members from promoter shareholders group and 2 BoD members from public shareholders group.

Other agendas of the AGM are endorsement of financial highlights of FY 2072/73 and appointment of auditor of FY 2073/74. The book closure day for the AGM has been set on Shrawan 21, 2074 till Bhadra 4, 2074 for the purpose of AGM. Only those traded until Shrawan 20, 2074 are eligible to participate in the AGM. Earlier, Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has declared Kuber Merchant Finance as crisis-ridden after their financial status deteriorated due to negative capital adequacy ratio.
