Kriti Capital inaugurates new corporate office at JDA Complex

Kriti Capital & Investments Limited, a Merchant Banker inaugurated the company‘s New Corporate Office today (November 25, 2016). The company shifted its office from Soaltee Mode, Kathmandu to JDA complex, Sundhara, Kathmandu.
Dr. Rewat Bahadur Karki, Chairman of Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) did the honor.
During the ceremony, Dr. Karki highlighted the need of Merchant Bankers to enhance the service provided to the clients. Dr. Karki highlighted activities undertaken by SEBON in developing Capital Markets and building governance among the stakeholders of the capital markets in Nepal.
Mr. Deepesh Vaidya, Managing Director of Kriti Capital, highlighetd the services provided by the company and its achievements over the last 5 years. Kriti Capital currently manages over 45 crores of assets under management and serves more than 150 clients. Mr. Vaidya believes that the portfolio management service carries immense potential in building educated investors with patient capital and long term investmnet horizon – a much needed investor’s type for the expansion of Capital Markets industry of Nepal. Mr. Vaidya requested SEBON to provide required regulatory support to ease current operational challenges and provide scope for service expansion thereby allowing merchant bankers perform to their fullest potentials.
