Kriti Capital 6th AGM on Poush 24; to endorse 5% bonus shares

Kriti Capital & Investment Limited will be convening 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 24, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at JDA Building, Sundhara, Kathmandu at 4:00 PM.
The main agendas of the AGM are:
- To endorse 5% bonus shares and 0.26357% cash dividend (for tax purpose) from the net profit of FY 2073/74.
- To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
