Kisan Microfinance announces 25% bonus shares; paid up to reach Rs 4.80 crore

Kisan Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KMFL) has announced dividend to its shareholders. As per the notice published in NEPSE today, the board meeting held on Ashwin 26, 2074 has announced 25% bonus shares and 1.32% cash dividends (for tax purpose) to its shareholders from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74. The decision is subjected to the approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM. It had distributed 61% bonus shares and 3.21% cash dividends from the net profif of the FY 2072/73. Its current paid up capital stands at Rs 3.22 crore.  It has been issuing 24.22% right shares to its shareholders. After distribution of 24.22%right and 25% bonus shares, it will reach to Rs 4.80 crore. It had earned Rs 1.43 crore in the fourth quarter of the FY 2073/74. Its LTP stood at Rs 2,420 as of last trading day.
