Khani Khola Hydropower to convene its 6th AGM on Falgun 03; Book closure from Magh 20 till Falgun 03

Khani Khola Hydropower Company Limited (KKHC) will be convening its 6th AGM on Falgun 03, 2075. The AGM will be convened in the premises of Dhumra Baraha Party Palace, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The agendas of the meeting include:
- Endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75.
- Appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76
- To have discussions regarding the procedure made for the net worth of the company
For the purpose of the AGM, the shareholders register book of the hydropower company will remain closed from Magh 20, 2075 till Falgun 03, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares of the company till Magh 19 will be able to participate in the AGM.
