KCL Astute Capital Limited has extended its right share issue till Ashwin 30, 2076. The company was issuing 887,735 units as 145% right shares for the existing shareholders of the company.
The issue was open from Shrawan 29, 2076 to Ashwin 15, 2076. However, an extra 15 days has been added to the issue.
The application forms are to be collected and submitted from/at KCL Astute Capital Limited, Hattisar.
