Kathamandap Bikas Bank to hold its AGM on Poush 29; to approve 25% right share

Kasthamandap Bikas Bank Limited (KDBL) will be holding its 8^thAnnual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 29, 2072. The AGM will be held at the DECC, United World Trade Tower, Tripureswor, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The main agenda of the AGM are:

• To approve right share in the ratio 4:1 (25%).
• Increment of issued capital and paid up capital and to amend article of association accordingly.
• Authorize BOD to initiate merger/acquisition with other BFIs by endorsing Due Diligence Audit (DDA) and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
• To amend article of association and memorandum of association as per directed by Company Registrar office or Nepal Rastra Bank.

Other Agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor and to endorse help provided to earthquake victim. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Poush 17, 2072 till Poush 29, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM), KDBL had earned net profit of Rs. 11.51 crore in the first quarter of current fiscal year 2072/73 unaudited report.
