Kasthamandap Development amended already proposed bonus share

Kasthmandap Development Bank Limited (KDBL) has amended already proposed 23% bonus share to 23.37% and informed NEPSE about this changes.
Previously; KDBL has proposed 23% bonus share and 1.6% cash dividend (tax purpose) to its shareholders from the profit it’s earned during the last fiscal year 2072/73.
The new dividends are 23.37% Bonus Shares and 1.23% Cash Dividend to their shareholders which subject to the approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
