Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank (KSBBL) Proposes 4.4% Bonus shares and 0.23% Cash Dividend for FY 2076/77

Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited (KSBBL) has proposed a 4.63% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The bank has proposed a 0.23% cash dividend and a 4.4% bonus shares from the paid-up capital. Thus, the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 58,82,546.29 and the bonus shares are worth Rs. 11,17,68,379.57. The cash dividend is the tax amount for the bonus shares.

This decision is subject to approval from the NRB after which it will be endorsed in the AGM of the bank. As of writing, the LTP of the bank stands at Rs. 223.
