Kalinchowk Darshan Limited Calls 8th AGM on Poush 22; What are the Agendas?

Kalinchowk Darshan Limited (KDL) has called its 8th AGM on 22nd Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in the Amadablam Hotel, Gausala Pingalasthan, Kathmandu, starting at 3 pm that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80.
4) Provide authority to the board of directors to carry out any business related to the daily commercial operations of the company and amend instructions received from the regulatory bodies accordingly.
5) Appoint a representative to verify the minutes of the general meeting.
