Kailash Bikas Bank distributing shares to Former Metro Dev Bank and Nepal Express Finance shareholders

Nepal Rastra Bank had given final approval for the merger of Kailash Bikas Bank, Metro Development Bank and Nepal Express Finance Limited on Jestha 4, 2073. The joint operation of trio financial institutions started from Jestha 17, 2073 as Kailash Bikas Bank Limited (KBBL). The development bank had requested all the shareholders of Metro Development Bank Limited and Nepal Express Finance Limited to open DEMAT account and submit their original share certificates at the development bank’s registrar office Global IME Capital Limited, Jamal Naachghar, Putalisadak and Pokhara Newroad branch of Kailash Bikas Bank and other DP service centers. Applicants should provide shareholder’s name, father’s name, grandfather’s name, address, citizenship certificate number, Demat Account Number/BO ID, DP ID shareholder’s signature and account open confirmation letter.
