Kabeli Bikas Bank 8th AGM today; to endorse 20% bonus & 50% right share

Kabeli Bikas Bank Limited (KEBL) is convening its 8th AGM (Annual General Meeting) today (Jestha 29, 2073). The AGM is going to be held at Hotel Laligurans, Dhankuta at 11:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are listed below:

• To endorse 20 percent bonus shares and 1.15 percent cash dividend for tax purpose from the net profit it earned from the fiscal year 2071/70.
• To endorse 2:1 (50%) ratio right share of the paid up capital to its existing shareholders after issuance of bonus share.

• To amend article of association and memorandum of understanding of the development bank.

Other agendas of the AGM are the financial highlights of 2071/72 and appointment of auditor. Only those shareholders owning shares till Jestha 13 are entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders has remained closed from Jestha 14, 2073 to till today for the purpose of its AGM Kabeli Bikas Bank has paid up capital of Rs 5.31 crore. After distribution of 20 percent bonus share it’s paid up capital will reach to Rs 6.37 crore.
