Jyoti Life Insurance 1st AGM today; to endorse IPO issue decision to the general public

Jyoti Life Insurance Company Limited is convening 1st Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Magh 10, 2074). The AGM is being held at Registered Office, Kaski – 9, Pokhara at 11:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are: – To issue IPO to the general public. – To conduct election of Board of Directors (BOD). – To endorse meeting allowances and and other facilities of BOD. – To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA). Other agendas of the AGM are major highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2074/75.
