Jyoti Life Insurance 1st AGM on Magh 10; issuing IPO to the general public

Jyoti Life Insurance Company Limited will be convening 1st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Magh 10, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Registered Office, Kaski - 9, Pokhara at 11:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are: - To issue IPO to the general public. - To conduct election of Board of Directors (BOD). - To endorse meeting allowances and and other facilities of BOD. - To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA). Other agendas of the AGM are mojor highlights of the FY 2073/74 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2074/75.
