Jyoti Bikash Bank Limited (JBBL) has proposed a 10 % dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.
The 377th meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 02 has decided to distribute 10% bonus shares from the paid-up capital. The bonus shares are worth Rs. 35,95,29,344. Note that this dividend will be distributed only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.
As of writing, the bank's last day close stands at Rs. 229.
