Jyoti Bikash 7th AGM book closure on Chaitra 29; 7% bonus shares proposed

Jyoti Bikash Bank Limited has scheduled its book closure date for its 7th AGM for Chaitra 29, 2071.
In view of the AGM, share registration work will be halted from Chaitra 29 till Baishak 20, 2072. 189th BOD meeting of the company held on Falgun 19, 2071 has proposed 7% stock dividend for the company’s shareholders.
The RTS of Jyoti Bikash is Ace Capital Limited, which is located at Lal Colony Marga, Lal Durbar, Kathmandu.
The bank posted a net profit of Rs.44.21 million in its 2nd quarter of the fiscal year 2071/72.
