Jhimruk Bikas Bank to distribute 21.03% bonus share certificate from today

Jhimruk Bikas Bank Limited (JHBL) is distributing 21.03% bonus share certificate to its shareholders from today (2nd Chaitra 2072). Jhimruk Bikas Bank 6th AGM held on Poush 30 had endorsed 21.03 percent bonus shares to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72. The bonus share certificate would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 10:00 AM to 01:30 PM on Friday at, Growmore Merchant Banker Limited located at Durbarmag, Kathmandu.. Jhimruk Biaks Bank has earned Rs. 91.08 lakh in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. Notes:

1. Shareholders have to bring original or photocopy of share certificate along with citizenship certificate.
2. Letter of authorization along with photocopy of identity card of authorized person must be presented if the shareholders cannot pick up the bonus share themselves.
3. The signature in the letter of authorization must match the signature in the company’s record.
