Jhapa Energy Limited Calls AGM With Election Agendas

Jhapa Energy Limited (JHAPA) has called its 7th AGM on 18th Poush, 2082. The meeting will be held at Indreni Banquet, located in Birtamod, Jhapa, starting at 11:00 a.m. that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2081/82.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83.
4) Approve the decisions made by the Board of Directors.
5) To elect 2 boards of directors from the public shareholding group.
6) Misc.

The book closure date is declared on Poush 04. Thus, investors who maintained before that day are entitled to attend the AGM.
