Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Proposes 14.7368% Dividend for FY 2081/82

Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JBLB) has proposed a 14.7368% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82.

The 132nd meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 26 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.53 Arba. 14% bonus shares and a 0.7368% cash dividend have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are worth Rs. 21.50 crores, and the cash dividend (including tax) is worth Rs. 1.13 Crores.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. JBLB closed at Rs. 1,467.00.
