Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta 5th AGM and Kisan Microfinance 3rd AGM today

Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta Bikas Bank Limited (JSLBB) is convening its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Chaitra 27, 2072). The AGM is going to be held at Hotel New Era, Butwal, Rupandehi at 11:00 AM. Main agendas of the AGM are:

• To expand the working area in Kaski district.
• To amend article of association and memorandum of association as per directed by registrar officer or Nepal Rastra Bank.

Other Agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of 2071/72 , appointment of auditor and to endorse budget  for the fiscal year 2072/73. The register of their shareholders has been closed from Chaitra 16, 2072 till today for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. JSLBB earned net profit of Rs 92.19 lakh in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs 2 crore. Also, Kisan Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KMFL) is convening its 3^rd Annual General Meeting today. The AGM is going to  be held at Hotel Munubunu Villa, Tikapur road, Kailali at 11 am. The agendas of the meeting are the financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor, to buy land for the organization, to endorse the meeting allowance and other facilities and to elect 2 BoD members from the group B shareholders.
