Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta cancels 15% stock dividend endorsement

Janautthan Samudayic Laghubitta BIkas Bank Limited (JSLBB) has cancelled an agenda of its upcoming AGM. The agenda was about 15% bonus share which was to be endorsed by its upcoming 5th AGM on Chaitra 27, 2072.
BOD meeting of the company held on Chaitra 13 ,2072 has cancelled the agenda.
JSLBB earned net profit of Rs 92.19 lakhs in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs 2 crore.
