Janata Bank spreading its work tentacles; receives final nod from SEBON to provide merchant banking services as Janata Capital

Janata Capital, a fully owned subsidiary of Janata Bank, has received a final nod from SEBON to function as a merchant banker. Following the green signal, the merchant banker will now be able to perform as issue manager, share underwriter, share registrar, investment manager and corporate advisor.
The youngest merchant banker has its head office at Thapathali of Kathmandu.
