Janata Bank finds new specialist BoD member in Ms. Mina Kumari Sainju; brings plethora of over 30 years of banking experience
Janata Bank Nepal has nominated Ms. Mina Kumari Sainju into its board as per the decision made by the board meeting of the bank held on Mangsir 5, 2075. Ms. Sainju was appointed as an independent BoD member into the then vacant post.
Chairman of the bank Mr. Keshav Bahadur Rayamajhi has administered an oath of designation and secrecy to the BoD member Ms. Sainju amid the same meeting.
Ms. Sainju has over 30 years of experience in banking sector and was retired from Nepal Bank in 2069 as its then Deputy MD.
