Janata Bank comes up with 12% dividend for its shareholders; total Rs 96 crore to be issued to shareholders as company bonus

Janata Bank through its 291st board meet held on Aswin 5, 2076 has decided to provide 12% dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it had made in the previous FY. The bank had earned net profit of Rs 1.31 arba out of which Rs 96 crore will be issued as dividend i.e. 6% as bonus shares and remaining 6% as cash dividend.
The proposed dividend will be issued to the shareholders after getting endorsed by Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM, as per the media statement.
