Janaki Finance declares 20% bonus share; Paid up capital to reach Rs 37.28 crore

Janaki Finance Limited (JFL) has decided to distribute 20 percent bonus share to its shareholders.
The BOD meeting of the company held on Ashwin 1, 2073 had proposed 20 percent bonus share and 1.05 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2072/73.
The decision is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the finance’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Last year, JFL had distributed 25% bonus share to its shareholders.
Janaki Finance has earned net profit of Rs 7.94 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital remains at Rs 31.07 crore. After adjustment of 20% bonus share distribution, its paid up capital will reach to Rs 37.28 crore.
