Janaki Finance 19th AGM today; to endorse 25% stock dividend

Janaki Finance Company Limited (JFL) is holding its 19^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Kartik 30, 2072). The AGM is going to held at Udhyog Banijya Sangh Meeting Hall, Janakpur at 10:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are to endorse 25 percent bonus share & 1.31 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders, to increase paid up capital and amend the article of association accordingly. The other agenda of the AGM include financial highlights of 2071/72 and appointment of auditor. Only those shareholders owning shares till Kartik 9 will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Kartik 10, 2072 till Kartik 30, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). Janaki Finance has earned net profit of Rs.7.19 crore in its fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2071/72.
