CEO of Global IME Bank, Janak Sharma Poudyal, resigns

The CEO of Global IME Bank, Mr. Janak Sharma Poudyal, has resigned from his post on a Board meeting held on Magh 08, 2075. The resignation will be on effect from tomorrow i.e. Magh 09, 2075.

Mr. Poudyal, possesses about 30 years of banking experience. He holds an international MBA from London, UK and also carries with him an international banking experience having previously worked for Barclays Bank, London. He is one of the senior most founder members of staff for the establishment. He has previous working experience in two indigenous commercial banks (Nabil Bank and NIC Bank Limited) and been exposed to entire gamut of banking activities.

The bank currently provides its services from 133 branches, 142 ATM outlets, 7 extension counters, 15 revenue collection counters, 117 branchless banking units and 3 foreign relations offices.
