IPO Proposal of People's Power Limited in SEBON's Pipeline

The IPO proposal of People's Power Limited is in SEBON's pipeline.

The company has submitted a proposal to the capital market regulator to issue a total of 30,99,740 shares. This will raise Rs. 30.99 crores for the company.

The application was submitted on Poush 27. Prabhu Capital has been appointed the issue manager for the public offering.

According to Nepal Water Resource Portal, People's Power Limited is currently developing the Puwa II Hydropower Project. The project has an installed capacity of 4.96 MW. Located in Sakhejung, Maipokhari, Barbote (Ilam), the project is currently under construction.
