IPO Issue of NIC Asia Select-30 Approved; Other Two Mutual Funds Are Newly Added to Pipeline

SEBON has approved the IPO issue of NIC Asia Select-30.
NIC Asia Select-30 is a mutual fund scheme promoter by NIC Asia Bank and to be managed by NIC Asia Capital. 10 crores units will be issued to raise Rs. 1,00,00,00,000.
NIC Asia Capital is the issue manager itself.
Another mutual fund scheme Shuva Laxmi Kosh is under SEBON's pipeline. It is an open-ended fund scheme. 5,00,00,000 units will be issued to raise a total of Rs. 50,00,00,000. Laxmi Capital Market Ltd. is the issue manager and fund manager while Laxmi Bank is the fund promoter. Application for the issue was sent to SEBON on 2078/01/09.
Similarly, another mutual fund scheme Mega Mutual Fund - 1 is also under SEBON's pipeline. It is a closed-end fund scheme. 10,00,00,000 units will be issued to raise a total of Rs. 1,00,00,00,000. Mega Capital Markets Ltd. is the issue manager and fund manager while Mega Bank is the fund promoter. Application for the issue was sent to SEBON on 2078/01/22.
