IPO Allotment Tomorrow at 9: 30: IPO of Manakamana Smart Laghubitta

The allotment for the IPO issue of Manakamana Smart Laghubitta Sanstha Limited will be held tomorrow, i.e. Ashar 28. The program will be held at the premises of the issue manager NMB Capital, starting at 9: 30 am that day.

The IPO issue successfully concluded on Ashar 21. The company had issued 3,89,000 units of ordinary shares worth Rs. 3.89 crores to the general public from Ashad 17, 2078. Out of offered 389,000 units; 0.5% of issue capital i.e., 6,058 units were allocated for the employees of the company, and 5% for mutual funds. The remaining 3,63,492 units were for the general public.

NMB Capital is the issue manager. According to the issue manager, 20,36,245 applicants have applied for a total of 2,65,74,050 units. This is the data reported after the issue closed. Thus, the issue is oversubscribed more than 73 times.

After the IPO issue, public holding will be 32.11% and promoters holding will be 67.89%.
