IPO alert! People’s Power to float its shares in IPO with Prabhu Capital as issue manager

People’s Power Ltd. Has appointed Prabhu Capital as the issue manager for its upcoming IPO to the general public.
The agreement for the same was signed between BoD of People’s Power Mr. Santosh Raj Nepal and MD of Prabhu Capital Mr. Dinesh Thakali amid a program on Mangsir 11, 2077.
The power developer is currently constructing a 4.96 MW hydro project in Puwakhola of Ilam whose 80% physical progress has already been achieved, as per the media statement.
