Investors holding shares of Nepal Credit & Commerce Bank till today to be eligible to claim dividend and participate in the AGM; book closure on Shrawan 26, 2076

Today is the last day to hold shares of Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited (NCCB) to claim the dividend and participate in the AGM of the company.

Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Limited will be convening its 20^th and 21^st AGM on Bhadra 23, 2076. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Rastriya Sabha Griha, Brikutimandap at 11:00 AM. The agenda is to endorse 15.89% bonus share (of existing capital of Rs 7.01 arba) worth Rs 1.11 arba from the FY 2074/75 net profit and 0.83% cash dividend worth Rs 5.86 crore (for tax purpose) for the shareholders.

For this purpose, the books of the company will remain closed on Shrawan 26, 2076 i.e. Sunday.
