Today is the last day to hold the shares of Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha to secure its 8.42% dividend.
Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KMCDB) will be closing its shareholders register book from Poush 29, 2075 till Magh 19, 2075 for its upcoming AGM.
The AGM will be convened on Magh 19, 2075 at 11 AM.
The microfinance company has proposed 8.42% dividend including 8% bonus shares and 0.42% cash dividend for the FY 2074/75.
With the adjustment of the recently announced 75%right shares and bonus shares, the paid-up capital of KMCDB will reach Rs 18.30 crore.
