Insurance sector pushes the market upward; Index up by 6.32 points to close at 1,620.47 points

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange went up by 6.32  points or 0.39% to close at 1,620.47 points. NEPSE index opened at 1614.12 points and was seen fluctuating. The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 1.39 arba, where more than  17 lakhs unit shares were traded through 5,995  transactions. Sensitive index and float index went up by 1.11  and 0.38 points respectively. Except Banking, Hotels and Finance, all the sectors at Nepse landed on green. Insurance sector went up by 267.04 points.
