Infomerics Credit Rating Nepal Calls its 2nd AGM on 15th Poush with These Agendas

Infomerics Credit Rating Nepal Limited (ICRNL) has called its 2nd AGM on 15th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in the company's head office, Baneshwor Height, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the chairman on behalf of the board of directors.
2) To discuss and pass the financial statement of 2078/79.
3) To appoint the auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80 and determine his remuneration.
4) Misc.

Infomerics Credit Rating Nepal Limited (ICRNL) was established on October 12th, 2020 as a public limited company with the main objective of providing credit rating services in Nepal. It is a subsidiary of Infomerics Valuation and Rating Private Limited, which is a SEBI-registered and RBI accredited Credit rating Agency in India. This is the third credit rating company in Nepal after ICRA Nepal and CARE Ratings Nepal.
