Infinity Microfinance conducts 2nd AGM; restructures promoter-public share holding to 67.50 % to 32.50%

Infinity Microfinance has conducted its second AGM on Mangsir 28, 2075 at Gaidakot of Nawalpur district. chairman of the microfinance Mr. Khemraj Nepal presented the financial reports and highlights of the previous fiscal year durinthe annual event.

The AGM also endorsed Mr. Pradip Narsing Rayamajhi as BoD member from the public shareholder group. The AGM also decided to restructure the company’s paid up structure to 67.50% and 32.50% with promoters and public shareholding respectively. It also authorized the board to undertake any merger / acquisition decision in future.

The microfinance institution is providing microcredit facilities to more than 23 thousand households from its 42 branches located at 23 districts.
