Infinity Laghubitta (ILBS) proposes 15% Dividend for FY 2076/77: How much in Bonus Shares and Cash?

Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ILBS) has proposed a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The 60th meeting of the board of directors held on Mangsir 19 has proposed a 14.25% bonus shares and 0.75% cash dividend from the paid-up capital for the fiscal year 2076/77. The dividend will be distributed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 22,81,40,000. Thus, the bonus shares amounting to Rs. 3,25,09,950 and cash dividend amounting Rs. 17,11,050 will be distributed. The cash dividend is given for tax purposes.

Note that the dividend will only be distributed after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM.

As of writing, the LTP of the company on the last trading day stands at Rs. 1,023. In the fiscal year 2075/76, the company had distributed 10% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend.
