IME Group Pledges Rs 10 Crore to PM’s Disaster Relief Fund for Bhote Koshi Flood Victims

IME Group has pledged Rs 10 crore to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund to support search and rescue operations, immediate relief, and rehabilitation for citizens affected by the devastating floods in the Bhote Koshi River.

The group said it will mobilize the assistance through IME Group and its promoted companies, including Global IME Bank, IME Limited, IME Life Insurance, IGI Prudential Insurance, Chandragiri Hills, DishHome, and IME Motors.

The support will also involve the group’s partner companies, including Ashok Leyland, IME Khalti, Swift Technology, Midas Health, MyMart, Lumbini Cable Car, IME Foundation, along with other associated companies.

The pledged assistance is aimed at strengthening ongoing efforts to locate and rescue people affected by the flood while providing immediate humanitarian support to affected families and contributing to their longer-term rehabilitation.

IME Group said it remains committed to supporting communities affected by the disaster and assisting the government’s ongoing search, rescue, relief and rehabilitation initiatives.
