If you haven’t applied for 10% NMB Debenture then hurry up; application date has been extended as 98% of the issue remain unsubscribed

NMB Bank Limited (NMB) has issued “10% NMB Debenture 2085” from Falgun 30, 2075. The issue for 30 lakh units debenture will now remain open till Chaitra 14, 2075. Previously, debenture issue date was till Chaitra 4, 2075 i.e. today.

The commercial bank is issuing 12 lakh units i.e. 40% for the general public while remaining 18 lakh units i.e. 60% of the issue will be for the private placement. Further, 5% out of 12 lakh unit is set out for Investor’s Collective Debenture Fund (i.e. 60,000 units). The debenture will be providing 10% return on the investment which will be paid semi-annually and this debenture matures in 10 years.

Siddhartha Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the debenture issuance. As per the issue manager, the issue has received applications from 164 applicants applying for 19,300 units till now. More than 98% of the issue still remains unsubscribed.

Interested applicants can place applications for minimum 25 units and maximum 12 lakh units for par value of Rs 1,000. The application can be placed form the branches of any financial institutions providing C ASBA facilities.

Once the application unit will be more than the issued units before Chaitra 14, 2075 then the bank will close the application for 10% NMB Debenture with the prior notice at any time.
