ICFC’s AGM on Oct 8

ICFC Finance Limited is going to hold its tenth Annual General Meeting on October 8 in Kathmandu.
A meeting of the finance company’s Board of Directors held on Monday took the decision to this effect.
The finance company’s AGM will decide on 10.79 percent cash dividend and 5 percent bonus share proposed by the BoD.
The AGM is also expected to decide on retaining 51 percent of the shares of the founder group and floating the rest to the general public.
