ICFC Finance to distribute 8% cash dividend; Cash dividend worth Rs 7.05 crore to be distributed

ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC) has announced 8% cash dividend for its shareholders from the net profit of the fiscal year 2074/75.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the finance company will be distributing Rs 7,05,73,792 as cash dividends for its shareholders.
The decision is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the finance company.
ICFC reported its net profit as Rs 9.84 crore in the fourth quarter of the FY 2074/75.
