ICFC Finance Limited declares 14 percent bonus share for the last fiscal year

ICFC Finance Limited has proposed 14 percent bonus share and 0.74 percent cash dividend for the tax purpose to its shareholders for the last fiscal year 2071/72.

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the finance company based in Kathmandu has taken the decision to this effect.

The dividends proposed by the development bank us, however, subject to the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and its upcoming AGM.

ICFC had pledged 5 percent bonus share and 10.79 percent cash dividend to the shareholders for the previous fiscal year 2069/70.
